Ok, since you are asking this question under the Family/people forum, I would like to ask YOU a question.

Why is it that you want to give up your rights?

Don't you feel as if you may have some regret in that?

The only way to give up your parental rights is to place your kids up for adoption.

If your parents are willing to adopt them, and the courts agree, that's the only way to give up your rights.

Why can't you see your kids more often? What's stopping you?

This is a legal question so has been moved to the appropriate forum.

I'm wondering how old you are because your thinking seems awfully juvenile.

You don't see your kids so you want to give them up. You don't worry about the money but you complain about paying support.

What you should be asking is how can you get to see your children more often.

Forget about giving up your rights. If you had browsed around before posting you would have found that you CANNOT give up your rights. Only a court can terminate rights and courts are very reluctant to do so.

If you want our help, then explain why your mother has temporary custody and why you don't see your kids as often as you like. Then we can advise on how to fight for more time with them.

I don't know the legalities about giving up parental rights.

The only reason why I answered in the first place was because I was/am trying to get a better understanding as to why you would want to give up your rights.

I am not trying to judge you.

As a Mother, I couldn't ever be away from my little ones.

Is there a way that you can try and keep them?

Unless they are adopted ( and the bio father has to be part of that adoption process also)

So were is the bio father, and he is paying child support to your parents also ? ( he should be)
