    No hot water
Today there was a leak of hot water in the master shower bathroom. Husband turned off water supply by the spicket in front yard. Worked on the leaking shower and then went back and turned water back on. Well the cold water works fine however there is no hot water, AT ALL. If you go the hot water heater it has hot water in it, but you can't get any water into the house in any area. The pilot to the hot water heater is on and running. Anyone have any idea what may have caused this? HELP>>>> I am desperate for a quck answer if anyone has one. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Did he remember to turn the integral stop at the valve back on (assuming it has one)?

Did he %$#@ with the temperature limiting stop on the valve?

    Enquiring minds want to know.

Yes it does sound like your husband may have done something incorrectly during the repair. You had hot water but it was leaking. After therepair you had no leak and no hot water. Time to go back through each step of the repair.
