    There are sanitizing/deodorizing products for these situations similar to Lysol. You can inquire at your local home improvement center, they should know what works best for your particular application.

    If you are asking about odors associated with a sewage ejector pit then you need to make sure the seals are in good shape. If you question the seals you may want to purchase a new SEAL KIT from a local plumbing supply store (or can buy stuff from home depot cheaper... ask me about this, OK).

    After you install the new seals to the ejector lid and pipes take some clear flexible silicone caulking and run a generous bead around the entire lid, over the bolt heads and around the pipes and the eletrical grommet... can really help with odor reduction.
