    Lump on the lower left abdominal region..
    "recently noticed a lump on the lower left abdominal region.. It doesn't hurt but I had an ovarian cyst/tumor several years ago and am wondering if this could be the same. Also experience a painful pressure with gas through the abdomen and rectum I have never experienced before.

    You need to see a Physician. I can find no reference at all to being able to "feel" a cyst through your abdominal wall.

    Painful pressure and gas could be just about anything. I would be dangerous to diagnose without actually seeing you.

    I recommend that you see a Physician.
