14c trane builing up ice
14c trane unit outside about a year old keeps getting massive ice build up. Nothing but problems out of this unit since we had it. They've changed the inside wall thermostat twice moved the outside thermostat once and the tempature outside is never correct on our inside wall unit, now the unit keeps building up ice. Im sure it has something to do with this thermostat tellling the unit one thing or the defrost module is bad. Any suggestions would be a huge help. Our other unit installed 13c is running fine and installed at the same time.
