Due to restrictions on this forum we need to know your age before we can answer.

Sadly I've seen 25 year olds on this site that don't know this. Some of them don't even know that sperm causes pregnancy.

If this was posted in the teen section I'd answer, but it's in Adult sexuality, so we do need to ask the OP's age before responding.

    Rules be rules. ;)

Okay. In light of the chat speak/text talk, I never would have guessed 25. I would have guessed closer to 13. For future reference, chat speak/text talk is against the rules of this site, but even more so in this forum where we expect everyone to be over the age of 18.

Yes, you can get pregnant from pre, and yes, you can get pregnant while you're on your period. You can get pregnant any time you have sex, even if you use protection.

The only sure way to avoid pregnancy is to stop having sex.

Any fluid from the penis while you are aroused is likely to contain some sperm cells. In which case it could cause pregnancy.
But without ejaculating the chances are very small.

And while a woman is on her period , she is flushing the egg from her system which almost completely eliminates any chance of pregnancy .

But nothing short of not having sex is 100% for sure.

Yes, even if they're on the pill, using a condom, and the pull out method, you can still get pregnant. It happens more often then you think. There are women on this site that got pregnant while using three forms of very reliable birth control.

A friend of mine got pregnant while on the pill, using a condom, only has one ovary and has polycystic ovarian disease. It happens.

There is no form of birth control that's 100% effective. You do lower the odds of becoming pregnant, but you don't erase them.

Okay, I'm crabby and I'm tired.

Further chat speak will not only get this thread CLOSED--it will get it DELETED.

You're an adult. TYPE like one. If you can't do that, I'll assume you are actually 13 and delete your post.

Why do adults type like they stopped learning to spell in kindergarten? Do they really not know how STUPID it makes them look?

That's a very blaise attitude towards fathering a baby,in fact its quite irresponsible.

I sure you realise at the grand age of 25 that a baby requires 24/7 care and attention, here is a link that gives some information on how much you can expect to spend. Baby Expenses | Prenatal | SureBaby.com

And just for your benefit I have copied a section should you decide not to view the link.

If you plan to use disposable diapers, plan on spending between $1,600 and $2,300 by the time your baby is potty-trained. Expect your baby to go through at least 7 or 8 diapers a day on average, costing between $80 and $130 a month (especially in the first few months, when changes are more frequent.) Cloth diapering can be just as expensive as disposables if you use a diaper service, but if you launder them yourself, you can save money. It is estimated that cloth diapering only costs around $800 to $1,100 by the time your baby is potty-trained (without the diaper service).

For formula (up until your baby is one year old), expect to spend between $1,000 and $2,300 - depending on whether you use powder or ready-to-pour liquids. Plan on spending at least $40 a week on infant formula. You can really cut your costs dramatically by breastfeeding for a year or more.

Hopefully this will change your ' lol if it happens it happens' immature attitude.

And if it happens to ruin your life, your girls life, and sadly the baby's life who was not responsible for anything and is usually the one that is harmed the most by a parent or parents who don't care if they bring a life into the world, from their own flesh, and take no responsibility for their child.

A man will take the responsibility and be a father to his child and support it with love nurturing and financially.

The court will make you be financially responsible , too bad it isn't the most important part.

You need to rethink your values. Ever consider a vasectomy ?

Please review the rules about Chat Speak: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/faq.ph...#faq_faq_rules

Hubby had a vasectomy before I met him. We have two very wonderful children.

The failure rate appears to be between 1 in 2,000 to 1 in 4,000.

It's one thing to be silent and thought to be an idiot; it's another thing to open your mouth and prove it.

No way is this person 25 and still the text speak - ?

Because the OP can't spell the word "you" (funny--I learned to spell that in kindergarten), I am assuming he's 10.
