    Ovulation
    I've not been able to identify the mucus (ovulation) method to know my fertile zone. Does it means am not ovulatin?

    Not at all... sometimes there is not a great deal of change noticed externally, so some women find checking internally helps.

    There are also some thoughts on ways that might help to increase production of cervical mucus.

    Noticing the change in cervical mucus does not guarantee ovulation, it is only a sign that your body is preparing for ovulation. The majority of women will ovulate on a regular basis however.
