    HOW CAN I MAKE mY 22 YEARS OLD SON to help him with his health problem
    He has not been eading properly for years.Just once a day.Hi is always nervous.Eading unhealthi food.Now hi is sick.Hi has Bell's palsy.He neets to eat healthi, but when I am telling him he is yelling at me,telling me I don't understant, That I am macking him nervous.I just want to help him, but hi is not allow me to do it.What shuold I do?

    You cannot force an adult to do what you think is best, even if you're right and looking out for their best interest.

    You can offer advice and voice your concern and that is about all you can do.

    If they get angry when you do, remind them if you didn't care about them you wouldn't say anything.

    Just for the record Bells Palsy and poor nutrition (or eating habits) are totally unrelated.

    I agree with Judy, Bells Palsy is not related to his diet, it is a neurological disorder that I'm sure you are familiar with, as you would have consulted with his Doctors for treatment (if any).

    If there are no other illnesses that he has such as diabetes, and he is otherwise a healthy man, why are you so worried about his diet.

    We could all pretty much say that we should all be eating healthier.

    Is there any particular reason why you focus on his diet, or is there something else going on here that is contributing to the stress in your relationship with him?
