Im a 30 year old going to turn 31 in 2 months. Ive had 7 pregnancies from which I've had 2 babies and 5 miscarriages. From my last baby I've had 3 miscarriages, one that I'm going through now I'm nearly 11 weeks and fetus lost heart beat at 8 weeks. These last 3 miscarriages all were 8 weeks fetuses. I've also had a fibroid removal laporoscopy before this miscarriage to which doc told me after the surgery I might not be fertile so I took clomid and I got pregnant. Please please tell me what to do I want one more baby desperately and soon before I'm too old to take care of a baby. I have had a few tests done, thyroid etc but all are normal. Please advise what is the best way I can have a normal full term pregnancy. Because of this I'm having so many problems, with my husband with family.please help.

I am so very sorry to hear of your losses.

Have you discussed with your doctor the possibility that while you can conceive, the laparoscopy may have resulted in it being more difficult to sustain a pregnancy? Was there any testing done after the prior miscarriages to see if a reason could be determined? Were other hormone levels checked, such as progesterone? How soon after your previous miscarriages did you become pregnant again? How long ago did you have the laparoscopy?

It may be that they have been unfortunate situations that have no known cause.
