    First time felony probation violation with dui
    I am on probation for robbery got violated cause of an dui how much time am I looking at got 8yrs over my head and been on probation for 3yrs so far

    Most likely just the time served from the date you were violated to the time you go to hearing, but they can make you do the max 8 if they really wanted to
