    For conceiving
    Hi,

Is it okay if the semen spills out after sexual intercourse? Wil I be able to be pregnant even if the semen spills out. I have tried keeping a pillow under my hips but the moment I get up all spills. Even if I wake up in the morning , it spills. Can you suggest someway when it doesn't spill so that I can become pregnant

There are kazillions of sperm released. There is no way you can keep all of them inside you. Many will spill out. That is natural and acceptable, very common. Many millions will stay inside you and will try to find the egg that has been released. It takes only one sperm to penetrate the egg and make you pregnant.

I strongly suggest you read a book or two on being pregnant (you will need to take special vitamins and see a doctor every month) and on labor and delivery. Your local library is a good place to start. 612.6 (sex) and 618.24 (pregnancy).
