    Pa law of abandoment 4yrs ago.
    My husband moved to another state 4 yrs ago, left me with no money. I am 76. Will I be responsible for his medical bills?

    Probably not. Might depend on which state he is in, but I wouldn't worry about it.

    I put in the "which state?" caveat because of a community property related concern. But neither Pennsylvania nor Wyoming are community property states, so it doesn't apply.

    Is there any jointly owned property?
