    I changed my name back to my MAIDEN Name how can I change the deed
    How can I change the name on the Home Deed from my married name back to my maiden name
    I have a court order

    Bring your name change documents and deed down to city hall clerk of deeds. There will probably be a fee.

    Record a deed from "[maiden name], formerly known as [married name], grantor, to [maiden name], an unmarried person, grantee".
