    I am on student visa in UK, filipino citizen, married in the philippines to a filipino, can I file divorce here in UK to my husband ? Can I marry british national?

    Yes, it can be done but there are certain procedures you have to do starting by having family court acknowledge your marriage. Recommend consulting lawyer... good luck.
