    YOU failed to specify when you moved out... in your original post.


    I had a long answer typed out but deleted it after I saw your rude not helpful when its YOU that failed to provide the correct info needed. And got rude about it when I asked you.

    Michelle, please don't negative people just because they ask you for more information.

    Did he go to small claims?
    If he did, was it before or after the foreclosure?
    (It's possible no one is going to help you here, after that negative.)
