    H-2 visa application information on the US consulates websites. You need Form DS-160 (online form), H-1B approval notice, marriage certificate (for H-4 dependent spouse) with translation if necessary, birth certificate (H-4 dependent child), passport valid for at least 6 months, etc. Pay the MRV fee, pay the reciprocity fee (if applicable), attend the interview at AMCOM.
