    Dual Status or Resident Alien
    Hi,

I've been searching all over the place but still cannot find a definite answer to this:
I arrived in the US in Sep. 2005 with a F-1 visa. I received H1-B visa on October 18th 2010. I have received income from March 2010 to December 2010. Should I file my tax return as dual status or resident alien?

    Thanks!
