    Custody only for my.help me.
    I have 7 years married and live in new york. I want to separate and pretend to go to my country. I have two children and talked with my husband. Power to go with my children to waive the all their parental rights. I do not like to spend some time and then to be established in my country back on... actions to take my kids to return to live here to the united states. I have told
    If i am going to chile to waive the children. He accepted. But the problem is not how it's done. I do not trust in my husband and i do not want me fooled with some paper. I go before a judge 'or should i fill some kind of paper.. the truth i have no idea of what to do. Need to please advice.

    I'm not sure what you are asking. You want a legal separation and then you are going to pretend to go to "your country" with the children. A parent CANNOT wavie parental rights.

    Otherwise your question doesn't make a lot of sense.

    If you want a separation you need to make an appointment with an Attorney and file the necessary legal papers.

    Please don't type in caps - it's the same as screaming at us.

    Can you give a more accurate description of what you need to know?
