    I'm dating this 17 and I'm 12 and I'm scared if we kiss then he will be put in jail *** tell me I'm wrong and he won't be put in jail

    Well it is a 5 year difference.
    Are your parents okay with you two dating?
    Maybe you should be looking for someoen your own age

    Sorry, at 12 you have no business dating a 12 year old.

    What have your parents said about you being with a 17 year old ?
