    Multi state return
    My husband got salary in Ohio for 3 months and for remaining months he got salary in California state. How to file our state taxes?

    Shall we manually calc tax and file with IRS?

    I am a dependent.We have to get ITIN for me.

    Please advice me. Thanks

    Is your husband a US citizen or resident? In which state does he live or which one is his resident state?

    He is indian and here working on H1b. Now we are staying in California. He moved from Ohio (2009 feb) to California
