PLEASE HELP!

My husband recently got aressted in Gallatin,Tennessee sine 1/25/2011 and he is on probation in Cordele, Georgia for driving on a suspended license for the first time. They put him on probation for 1 year and this started last year in may and his probation ends in may of this year and he owes $700 left.

My husband and I can't pay the $700 now that he lost his job so I called his probation officer and he gave me till the end of Feb this month to pay $700 or he will violate him. Before my husband went to jail he was giving till march of this year to pay $700 because if your on probation in Cordele, Georiga you have to pay the rest you owe on probation to your probation officer 60 days before your probation ends. Now that he went to jail his probation officer gave me till the end of Feb to pay it.

Will they exodite him from Gallatin, Tennessee jail back to Cordele, Georgia jail over a traffic violation while he is currently in jail?

I thought if you get arrested while your on probation you get violated right then and there? My friends and family are telling me to be careful that my husbands probation officer might have already violated him and that he wants the $700 anyway and they will still take him to Cordele, Georiga even if I paid the $700.

Can his probation officer do that?

I some what don't believe that because his probation officer is a really sweet guy.My husband got very lucky to have a probation officer like him.

My husband was doing good with probation till he got arrested here in Gallatin, Tennessee.We have a 7 month old preemie son and my husband could be looking up to years in prison for his charge in Tennessee and he says he might get out on papers.

Will Gallatin, Tennessee let him get out on papers if his probation officer does not violate him?

Will they even let my husband out on papers being that he is on probation from another state?

Will his probation officer issue a warrant and exodite him back to Cordele, Georiga when he finishes his sentence in Tennessee?

His probation officer told me he would violate him if I can't pay $700 and he will have to spend time back in the same jail in Cordele, Georiga and he is very sorry for me and his probation officer is a very sweet guy to my husband and me.

What do I do can you guys give me some answers or advise please??

Also will they let him serve his time for the violation of probation in Gallatin,Tn instead of taking him to Coedele, Georiga to serve his violation there even though my husband is currently arrested in Tennessee for a completely different charge?

People are telling my husband in jail they shouldn't exodite him back to Georiga for a misdemeanor traffic violation and this is his first time being charged with driving on a suspended license.

Should I try the best I can to pay $700 so my husband don't have to be exodited from the Tennessee jail to Georiga jail just in case my husbands probation officer really don't violate my husband and gives him a chance?
