    HI Steve...

    Chip any ice away if ice is present, or if you want you could take a hair dryer or paint stripper heat gun and melt the ice that way and once thawed enough you can take a pair of pliers and remove the hose end... should be that easy.

    Once the hose end is removed you'll probably also need to thaw out the hose bib and piping... again, use the hair dryer being sure to leave the hose bib open so you will know when all is thawed (this will also allow the ice to drip out of the hose bib). If you are lucky, the pipe will not have burst... if not, well... the job just grew, more involved! *UGH*
