    Am just wondering which one is better marriage or common in law?
    If I did common in law will I be able to apply for my permanent residence here in Toronto?

    It seems that you want permanent residence no matter what. I am a Canadian and unless you have a specific purpose to live in Ontario, I suggest you apply to the Canadian Consulate or your own consulate.

    I am almost done with my college diploma and after graduation I ll get a three years work permit then after a year I can apply for PR but the problem is that I have met a girl and she wants to get married but I am a bit confused as am not financially and emotionally ready for marriage.
    So my question is if she supports me how can I apply for common law?

    If you choose common law it will not be immediate. You must have evidence of living together for at least 2 years before you submit your case. If you choose to get married, you can submit your case right away.
