    Does Trazadone show in a 12 panel urine test for pain management?

    I just researched and find sites that say it will not show on a 6 or 9 panel test. It will on a 12.

    It's an anti-depressant (which I'm sure you know) and available only by prescription - unless you are buying on the street.

    You are taking a urine test for pain management OR you are taking Trazadone for pain management and have to pass a urine test?

    Forgot my Ambien while at my Moms.. about 4 nights. I took them about 6 days before I had to see the Dr. I never even thought about it as I usually never take anything not prescribed to me... now I am concerned. I am not prescribed Trazadone (ambien)

    You could test positive. Why are you being drug tested?

    Multi-panel drug tests are combinations that often vary from one manufacturer to another. Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCA) are however commonly included in 10-12 panel tests.

    I have had shoulder reconstruction surgery x 3 with auto transplant. I take Celexa for depression , Ambien for sleep. I visited my Mother for a few days & forgot my Celexa and Ambien. She gave me Trazadone x 4 days. Saw Dr. 6 days ago (pain Dr)
