Gutka is highly addictive due to it's tobacco content and is considered responsible for oral cancer and other severe negative health effects. It certainly is in your interest to try and give it up.

I don't know personally of any ways to help you stop using it, maybe another member will be able to come forward with ideas.

If u want to leave gutka , there is just effective way, just eat last packet which is in your pocket, and then never try to touch it again, just eat pan without tobbacco for few days, there is a book named 7 habbits in which I read if u want to change your habbit u can apply it maximum for 24 days, so this is the only way you can leave gutka or go and die by mouth cancer, good luck

Eating gutkha is a very bad habit and also it will effect a lot on your health.it spoils your blood, lungs causes cancer, many more..
First of that you think yourself that, why to eat that..
If not possible to stop yourself, then decrease the packets your are eating day by day.. by that you can stop it.
