I can't remember the name of two movies and they are bugging the crap out of me, lol. I remember watching these as a kid, probably between 93 and 97.

First: its an animated movie, it kind of reminds me of G.I. Joe but they had these like exoskeletons that things could attach to. I know there were parts that could make a motorcycle or a car... I believe there being four of them on the "team"

Second: it's a "super hero" movie, the hero wears all yellow. He dresses up like a bird, think he had a glider-ish thing on his back that looked like bird wings. He had a yellow car and boat that would be hidden in something that looked junky until he needed one of them.
