Stretch Marks aren't helping with myself asteem
During the pregnancy with my first child, I not only gained a few kilo's but I also gained A lot of stretch marks on my stomach and a few on my thighs. You see all these creams and potions to help fade stretch marks... but do any of them actually work and how long until you see results? My stretch marks are 10 years old.

I was burned twice! As a child, and then 4 pregnancy's on top of those scars, well, you can imagine my skin.

Over the years I have tried many creams and potions, the best I found for my skin is 'palmers cocoa butter' and 'E45' cream.

Not that they helped fade, but improved the skin texture.

As a younger mother I hated my skin, but as I grew older and became more comfortable in my own skin (as the saying goes) I was able to accept how it looked.

There is laser treatment available, however its very expensive and quite painful by all accounts.

Having body confidence changes how you view your body, how you dress, eating healthy and exercise can all help towards how you feel about yourself and your body.

I would look into mederma or cocoa butter. If those don't help I would suggest seeing a dermatologist. There are many new treatments to lessen the visibility of stretch marks.

The palmer's cocoa butter redhead metioned is good for stretch marks.
One thing you should know about stretch marks is that they appear mostly when your weight fluctuates so you should try maintaining your weight through exercise.

Whatever you do, do not use celtrixa!! It ruined my skin my stretchmarks are more visible than ever and it I even have some that were not visible at all but thanks to celtrixa every bit of them show... I get so depressed. I want to sue them. DO NOT TRY CELTRIXA!!

Mederma helped me with some pretty heavy scars. They'll help fade, but for super serious ones, I'd talk to a dermatologist. They have laser treatments that can help quicker than creams. I sort of look at my scars as roadmaps of my life. Good Luck!
