Could you please help me find the title and author of a mills and boon novel below?
The book would have been published prior to 1997, and was set in Scotland. I believe one of the character was called Kincaid. The woman's family kidnaps a wealthy man who has just brought the kidnapping clans family castle. She is his keep in the scottish moor. He eventually escapes and takes her prisoner instead, taking her to his tropical island. In time, he gives her the castle as a wedding gift.
