    My sister wants to get fat
    She is 6 years old and 63 pounds. She likes having her belly big. She puts tight shirts on and sticks her tummy out like she is some pregnet lady. She looks like she is pregnant. I say OK fine whatever. She asked me one day that she wants to know how to get bigger and I said eat oreos McDonalds and stuff. And she already is the least active person I know, she lies around all day and EATS EATS EATS EATS. Most of it is McDonalds. She like gains 5 pounds a week and has 6 belly folds and her stomach sticks out about 15 inches and sinks down 3 inches. I'm just asking what your comment is on that.

    You realize that you are setting her up for a life time of unhealthy eating habits and a huge number of health issues that can last a lifetime? She's 6 years old. It's not like she's got her own income and transportation and is going out and buying herself all of this mcdonald's and oreos and other junk food. As her parent, you are responsible for teaching her healthy eating habits, making sure she has nutritious food, and teaching her to be healthy. You need to start teaching her healthy eating habits now. And she'll only lay around the house doing nothing if you allow her to. Take her to the park. Set up play dates with her. Put her on a soccer team. Go for walks with here. Play a game of tag. There are a million ways to be active and to get a 6 year old active.


    Edit: just realized you said this was your sister. As her sister and not her parent, it may be more difficult for you to influence her unless our parents are on the same page. Where are your parents in this? And, even though you're not in charge, you can still do things like take her to the park and run around outside with her. Children usually respect and want to be like their older siblings. You can use that to your advantage.

    Yes this is serious but I don't want her to eat these things. My nana feeds her this and I don't like it. I didn't actually tell her to eat that stuff I told her that when I was 7!! I wasn't smart at that time but mow I'm older and still she eats unhealthy but it has gotten better.(better by her eating healthy stuff)

    So, let me get this straight. She's 6 now, according to your original post here. And you're 12 years old now (that's what you said in another thread, where you claim to know all about healthy and unhealthy eating habits.) and when she was one year old (if you gave her this advice when you were 7, that was 5 years ago. And if she's 6 now, she was 1 year old 5 years ago) she asked you how to get fat. Something is not adding up here. Stick to the facts in the future.

    If you're so concerned, why not ask your mother to let you start cooking for the family more? I was about your age when I started cooking. There's lots of healthy simple meals you can find recipes for online. And cooking at home tends to be much cheaper than eating out too.
