    Why do you think you need whey protein? A balanced diet is better than supplements. Especially if you don't seem to have any need for the supplements.

    Whey protein is a food, like any other food. Think of it as an expensive form of dried milk. Nothing wrong with it, and it does have health benefits, but if you are not lifting weights, it's probably going to waste.

    Why are you considering whey? What exercise are you doing?
