My ex and father of one of my babies is getting out of control and its very stressing. He has so far over the last three months came into my house while I was sleeping and crawled into bed with me and I had to argue and fight to get him out of my bed and apartment, he was coming over to my apartment claming to be here to see his daughter but was always sexual harassing me and not spending time with his daughter at all, I had got him to stop by telling him I would have him charged if he continued. I have went in and reported this to the police and now its only getting worse, he is now threating to hurt people that I have any kind of sexual relationships with and is speading unacceptable rumors around town and I live in a small town and everyone hears everything, and its gets really stressing to have people come and ask you about appropriate thing like they are. And just the other day he sent me texts that had said that I wasn't a good mother I was only using my babies for financial suport and that I have them in a unclean and unsafe inviroment (which I would like to put in I dont),and he only takes his daughter maybe twice a month if she's lucky. I just don't know what to do and its so stressing I just can't handle it and its hard on are daughter rosalie or him to be poping in and out of her life when ever he pleases. I don't know what I can do or even if I can do anything more about it, help please I need to make him stop.

Hello a:

Go to court and seek a restraining order... I don't know if a judge will grant it based on what you're saying, but at least your ex will know you're serious. Have you called the cops?? What did they say? Beyond that, there's really nothing else you can do.

The minute he entered your bed, you should have been on the phone with 911 reporting an assault. I don't understand why you did not! Now it will be harder to obtain a restraining order, but that's what you need to try for.
