    My friend acts like he likes me but never does anything
    I've been friends with this guy for 2 years and its really great we talk every so often we haven't had a chance to meet iin person but I know we will soon because we live in the same area so I'm starting to really like him and he says he feels me to but he never gives any hints that he wants a relationship with me what should I do??

    Well no I've been trying to find someone else in the mean time of trying to figure things out with my boyfriend he's just a friend but I think I want it to be more

    I'm 16 and I've always been kind of shy but only sometimes but I don't know how to be more open any ideas

    Shy is good. There are too many mouthy, pushy people in the world. It's refreshing to come across someone, especially a teenager, who doesn't have something to say about everything.

    Smile, look interested in what people say (if it's interesting lol), be polite, and you'll get along in this world just fine.

    There are times where it helps to be outgoing as well though. Like, you can meet a whole lot of new people that way. Who knows, if you grew more comfortable social skills you could meet someone who would turn into an important part in your life. First you should start with making sure you are way comfortable enough in your own skin around your friends. Once you feel fine around them, expand your horizons and be in more open crowds. You don't have to really socialize, but become comfortable in bigger crowds where you may put yourself sometimes. Then, find some new possible friend quialities in certain people and slowly, over time, open up to them. Then over time after that, things will soon get easier and easier to open up and be a little less shy in certain situations. But also, don't take me wrong, there are times where it is okay to keep to yourself. Hope all goes well.

    You seem to be interested in a lot of guys over the Internet but have never met them. May I suggest just being friends with those types of fellows, and get out from behind the computer, and do things with real people? It's a healthier way to get over your shyness, and have fun.
