    They don't give pardons because of TIME... They give pardons because someone DESERVES it.

    Finally found one exconpost I dissagree with.In Texas they seem to release Ad-Seg who hav't gotten in trouble for a little while more often then the guy who did a minor crime and has spent the majority of his time without trouble. I'm a CO, I know.

    Governors don't do many pardons, you will have to have someone to almost lobby to get it done. OR have political connections.

    Now if you are asking to have it explunged, that is different, the courts can do that.
