    Am I eligible for the tax treaty?
    If I have both israeli and american citizenship,just moved to the states and working in the university do I have to pay taxes or am I eligible for the tax treaty?My husband is on a J1 visa and doesn't pay taxes is it the same for me?

    Sorry, but as a U.S. citizen, you are liable for U.S. taxes on income earned while within the United States.
