    Child support after 21 in college?
    In NYS, is a father responsible to continue to pay support after children turn 21, even if they are still in college?

    I don't think so... At 21 its time to get a job and support yourself. Including Post graduate studies.

    No, Ney York can have a clause to continue until 21 but not past that unless the parties have agreed beforehand.
