I inherited this picture from a friend years ago I would like to know who it painted by and how old it is and is it worth having valued

Hello Im trying to find out if the Oil Painting Ive acquired is of value . I cannot read the signature, but it is a painting of Pairis a streetscene. This one is like in the winter time, judging by the people in the Painting it looks like the Victorian era. Please help

I cannot find any information on this artist "Johnson" which is signed on an old picture I purchased from a church garage sale... it was donated... I don't know any history on it, but I am attaching photos of the picture in hope someone may be able to tell me about it or the artist. Thanks
