    I absconded my felony probation from Idaho
    I lived in Florida with a felony check fraud warrant and Idaho wouldn't extradite more than 500 miles. I went back to Idaho now I'm on felony probation.if I go back to Florida will they extradite now that I'm on probation and I obsconded?

    Who knows, it may even be it depends on who is on duty the day ( or night) they may find out or stop you, they won't go out looking for you, just if they run into you for something else. But remember they can stop you, run your idea and hold you till they hear back from other state

    I just want to no if they would for such a petty felony the max time for my crime is 3 years max and they wouldn't extradite me when I had the warrant more than 500 miles will it still be the same
