I have air handler with boiler

I have air handler with boiler,termostat with wires R,W1,W2,G,Y,C.W2 energice valve but I don'd know is this a bleed valve or unsulate valve.all works fine but when I connect W2 it bun out transformer soon I connect or 1 hr later
