    Does co signing for an apartment for my daughter hurt my credit for future puchases?
    If I purchase a co-op after I co sign for her apartment, will I get approve for my co-op or will this kill my chances?

    Its going to be considered as an obligation, which legally it is... if she fails to pay, they can and will come after you for it. Depending on your debt load and credit score... it may or may not affect your chances. But it does reduce them.
