    How do I apply for an expungement in the state of Minnesota
    Got a felony over 30 years ago in the state of Minnesota for writing a prescription for a medication I was taking but could not locate my doctor on a holiday and now I would like to know how to apply for an expungement

    Hello j:

    You're going to need an attorney... If you remember, you had a prosecutor on the other side of the table arguing against everything you wanted... He's still there, and he's going to argue against your expungement.
