I need to find arts and crafs for infants and toddlers

Go to the children's department of your public library. There are a number of arts/crafts books there for all ages. Please also ask a librarian for help because there will be more information (magazines, pamphlets) in another area.

When my kids were little I loved finger painting with them. I'd buy a roll of paper, it's huge, and roll it out on the kitchen table, smocks in place, and set them loose.

You can also do macaroni art. Anything from gluing down on paper to make a picture, to making necklaces and bracelets.

There are so many different things. A Google search will give you tons of ideas on things to make with younger kids. :)
