    Less calories
I know this is very unhealthy, but I'm sick of my weight, Im 5ft2 and weighed 10 stone 2, then got breast augmentation, now I'm 10 stone 8, I must of put on weight aswel, since each implant weights 410cc. If I ate under 600 calories a day, and worked out every day for at least an hour, would I be down to my goal weight, which is 7 stone 8 in a month or 2? Try help I'm really stuck, I've been dieting for the last 6 days eating between 500-800. (but want to cut to 600) also would it make my implants sag or get smaller?

    Too much too quick.

Ask any woman... prticularly on a crash diet... your boobs will be the first to see it.

Will they sag? Likely, but that depends more on exactly how they were placed.

Besides... 600 calories will convince your body its experiencing a famine and put your metabolism into low gear as an attempt to survice starvation.

That's exactly the sort of thing you DON'T want. And why you are finding its not working so well. NOW if you ratchet it up to a normal level your metabolism is still in low gear and will take time to speed back up and you will put weight on VERY easily.

Have you talked with a nutritionist? If you cut your calories too much you'll ultimately slow your metabolism and probably be too tired to work out from the fatigue.

800 calories a day isn't a reasonible number... you will suffer malnutrition and resulting health issues. By implant... I assume you mean birth control. Not just a boob job.

Certain forms of birth control can make it harder to lose weight... but as was suggested. You need to see a nutritionist... to make sure you get a balanced diet while making eating habit changes that will alow you get to a good weight. Unless you change the habits that got you to that weight in the first place... you won't keep it off, and you will gain it back and more.

You really want to do this the right way...

Wow that sounds incredibly naïve to me. Your body is like a car, if you don't put gas in it, it won't run. How'd you expect to get a good workout with 600-800 calories a day? That's like asking your car to run with water in the tank.

Plus, there's healthy cutting, and there's starving yourself. You're on your way to self destruction if you don't stop, this is very serious. Your eating 1/2 of what your supposed to eat.

In fact you will do a lot of damage at that level. There is no quick fix, you will have to do a normal well balanced diet and then exercise.
