    Dual Status from 09/17/2010. What will be my Social security witholding
    Renounced US citizenship 09/17/2010. Received full social security benefits in Sept. Oct. Nov. Dec. What is the basis of tax payable for this period

    Well, if you are NOT a U.S.citizen anymore, what is your current citizenship? Your new country may have a tax treaty with the U.S. which possibly specifies how Social Security benefits are taxed.
