    You don't. We're all volunteers here. We do this for free. There are no employees.

    If you have knowledge in certain areas and you wish to help people solve issues where you have expertise, for free, than stick around.

    If you mean answering questions, then none of us are employees. If you mean to work as a developer on the site programming, I don't know if they are hiring.
