    Debt Collector Disclosure Statement
I am in a process of writing a DEBT COLLECTOR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT to a law firm attempting pending a lawsuit. My question is do I need to sign the last page of the statement or will they need to sign it? Also, I recently received a letter stating that my account is valid and has been open since such and such, but they said my the application is NO longer available, does that mean they don't have my original signed contract? Please HELP!
