Broke up and hard to accept it
I was with my boyfriend off and on for 6 years, lately we were having some issues and things ended yesterday,as a classic mistake I called him yesterday saying I am sorry and he told me that I don't take the stuff he tells me for serious that its over.told him I do and I just wanted to say that and I wouldn't call him again.the reason we broke up was that I was jealous with no reason given.he also removed me from his msn.day one is very hard and I am kind of depressed ,I don't feel like doing nothing, not even cooking for myself.I really wanted to make it work but I didn't succeed, its very hard for me to accept it,I cam online to get some support because I really need some at the moment, its so hard to accept that it has ended, deep inside me I am hoping he will regret it,thank you for your time .

I know you are pretty depressed now and the days ahead are going to be tough. Sometimes we have to learn our lessons the hard way. Strive to accept the fact that this relationship is done and over... going no contact is a good idea. What's next is to learn from all this. You are not the first person to make mistakes in a relationship.

Give yourself time to heal and figure out how to resolve your jelousy issues. Unless you fix the problems you had in the past relationship they will just keep resurfacing in future ones.

You should probably think of all that has happened between you, what you might have done wrong, what you could've done better, and why things happened the way they did. Think of the problem in his point of view and maybe you'll understand better.

Don't worry, it hurts a lot at first, but it does get easier.

See this as a challenge to do things better and takes this time to work on your own issues.

Jealousy comes from insecurity, a form of fear, so what was it that made you act in such fear?
