    From temporary to permanent resident
My temporary residence (2 years) is about to expire. What documentation do I need besides my husband's citizenship certificate... (which by the way he lost, but I still have copies)
To request change my status to permanent?

Its not temporary residence, its conditional residence. You need a lot more than that. They have a copy of your husbands naturalization certificate as you most probably included that in your PR petition.

You need to include evidence of (1) cohabitation-living together as husband and wife; and (2) co-mingling funds-shared income and expenses.

The most common documents will be federal and state tax returns showing status as "married", joint bank account statements, insurance together, insurance naming each other as beneficiaries, lease or mortgage, drivers license showing married name and common marital address, utility bills in both names or individual names at the common marital address, invoices for big-ticket items purchased together, evidence of travel together, family photos throughout the past 2 years, cards given to each other over the past 2 years.

Respectfully, based on the manner of your inquiry, I advise you to consult with an immigration attorney. Good luck.

Great, you will do fine. Remember, you will be eligible to apply for naturalization after you have been a permanent resident for 2 years, 9 months.
