    No one could go through any devastating procedure, let alone divorce, when drunk. Are you absolutely kidding me ? The man would not be in his right mind.

    If you were to go through with the divorce while the husband is drunk, he could sue you and taje everything back because he was not in his right state if mind
    It is very risky to do that, I do not recommend it
