    We got married on feb 2010 2010
    We got married on feb 2010 but up to day she is still in progress to get her green card
    She don't have no ssn or tax id of course.how should I file my 2010 taxes this year ?
    Does the IRS know that I am married? Should I file single? Couse I didn't changed my taxes that been taken out of my check every week by my employer what should I do please help thanks

    You should file Married Filing Jointly, and apply for an ITIN for her using Form W-7.
