Movie in the 80's or 90's

Ok I've been trying to search for this movie for decades but haven't had any luck
1 scene sticks out in my head its in a hotel there is a bell boy and this woman comes down the stairs stunning model woman and the bell boy strats growing facial hair and becomes a man. I know its not much to go on but its all I remember for some reason I thought it was
Weird science but its not kind of along those lines any help??
